YEAR 2019
DESIGNER STAC
CLIENT Tonkotsu
Re-using chop sticks alongside restaurant chain Tonkotsu and London based architectural firm – STAC architecture.
With chop sticks being a ‘one use’ product, the chain were keen to develop ways of reusing them across their new restaurants. This project is one of a number that the Forest and Maker team are proud to have be apart of.
Designed by the team at STAC architecture, this recently installed bespoke fascia measures over 8 metres in length, and is crafted from the restaurant chains own ‘used’ (and cleaned!) chop sticks.
