For this project the Forest & Maker team worked closely with the designers at STAC architecture to help them create a bespoke tree planter for a new restaurant in Stratford.
Hundreds of pieces, individually cut. With the decreasing angles and sloping sides each piece had to be hand cut.
Designed to seat the restaurant’s customers on one side, with a bar top/eating surface on the other.
Constructed from FSC Birch Ply and sustainably sourced Ash this piece really tested our geometry skills.
